1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating in the II International Cell Ag Brazil Conference & III Conference on Alternative Proteins, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register for the event.

2. Eligibility and Registration

The congress is open to students, researchers, professors and professionals interested in alternative proteins and cellular agriculture. To register, you must:

• Provide true and accurate information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have academic or professional background related to the topic
• Agree to these terms of use

3. Event Participation

As a congress participant, you agree to:

• Respect all other participants and speakers
• Not disrupt sessions or event activities
• Not use recording equipment without authorization
• Follow UFMG campus safety guidelines
• Not distribute promotional materials without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All content presented during the congress, including but not limited to:

• Presentations and lectures
• Distributed materials
• Digital content made available
• Photographs and official recordings

Is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without express authorization from the authors.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data for:

• Processing your registration
• Event-related communications
• Certificate issuance
• Event statistics and reports

6. Limitation of Liability

The congress organizers are not responsible for:

• Personal injury during the event
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Event cancellation or schedule changes
• Transport or accommodation issues
• Technical interruptions during presentations

7. Misconduct

The following will not be tolerated:

• Harassment or discrimination
• Offensive or abusive behavior
• Use of illicit drugs or excessive alcohol
• Damage to UFMG property
• Physical or verbal violence

Participants who violate these rules may be removed from the event without refund.

8. Payments and Refunds

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations up to 30 days before the event: 100% refund
• Cancellations between 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days before: no refund
• Event cancellation by the organization: 100% refund

9. Modifications to the Terms

These terms may be modified at any time. Changes will be communicated through the event's official website or by email. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
